Detailed Walkthrough
As you step aboard the "Compass Rose" through the boarding gate and onto the extra wide side deck you will begin to see the commercial quality construction in every direction you look. Enter the pilothouse with full navigational controls and electronics through a sliding door on the starboard deck. With excellent visibility tons of storage and plenty of room for addition seating for both captain and crew. This area would be great for a small breakfast nook or dinette. Continue down 4 steps to the living level and into the dining area and full-featured galley complete with upgraded full sized appliances. Hardwood floors as well as moldings and birch paneling complete the look of comfort and relaxation. There are windows both above and side to provide plenty of light and ventilation. The salon runs along the starboard side and is very open and inviting there is plenty of room in this area for any type or size of furniture arrangement you desire. Guest stateroom or den is located on the port side opposite the salon and has separate head entrance. The fully carpeted master stateroom is aft and features a queen bed built in vanity area and two very large closets. Through a separate entrance from the master you enter the head area which features a tub shower pedestal sink and vanity. In addition there is an electric toilet with macerator as well as a brand new Lectrasan LST 12MC waste treatment system (USCG approved for overboard discharge) that has not even been installed yet. It only takes a moment to realize that the possibilities are endless.

This is truly a home sized area that features hardwood floors lots of windows and is ready for any furniture configuration you desire.
Galley
All appliances are upgraded and full sized and are in like new condition. Lots of counter space with large stainless steel sink plenty of cabinets and storage space galore round out the galley and yes there is also a large window just above the counter.
